The animation sector may be more resilient than others, but its market has also been disrupted. How has the animation sector reacted? What are the differences that exist between the animation industry and the wider audiovisual industry? What lessons can be learnt from animation and what does the future hold? As people continue to work from home and productions have been halted or delayed, can animation be part of the solution?
These will be some of the questions addressed by the panel of experts that will look into the impact of the crisis and how it will shape the coming years.
The digital live event will take place on 18 June from 3 to 4 pm and the recording will be made availabale afterwards to the wider public via our social media platforms.
NOTE: The live event will take place in the online platform of the Annecy Festival; therefore it will only be accessible to accredited participants registered in the festival. That said, shortly after the live event, the recording of the full session will be made available on the Digital Single Market YouTube channel. We will widely share the link on our social media so that the wider public can watch it.
