The Annual EDIC Gathering brings together representatives of existing and emerging EDICs, Member States, EU Institutions, industry and other key stakeholders.
The event provides a high-level forum to discuss the strategic direction of the EDIC ecosystem and on an operational level, aims to strengthen the community of practice by sharing experiences, lessons learned and innovative approaches to accelerate the deployment of EDICs across Europe.
The first day of the event will begin with a presentation on the current state of EDIC initiatives. This will be followed by a panel discussion featuring four keynote speakers, who will explore perspectives and priorities for the future development of the EDIC ecosystem.
The second day will feature three parallel sessions, each facilitated by EDIC representatives. The discussions will address key dimensions of the EDIC lifecycle: budget and financial aspects (MONEY session), governance and stakeholder engagement (PEOPLE session) and procedural aspects of establishing an EDIC (PROCEDURES session).
This will be an invitation-only, in-person event, however the first day (14:30 – 18:15), will be livestreamed.
