Cyprus has made remarkable progress in gigabit connectivity infrastructure but continues to face challenges in closing the digital skills gap between different segments of the population. Nonetheless, the country can count on a relatively good share of ICT specialists in employment.

Cyprus' national roadmap includes 62 measures totaling EUR  988.4 million (equivalent to 2.96% of Cyprus’s GDP).

91% of citizens consider it important that public authorities mitigate the issue of fake news and disinformation online.

87% of citizens consider it important to ensure that European companies can grow and become ‘European Champions’ able to compete globally. ;
