Poland has strong fixed internet connectivity but faces challenges with low digital skills and slow adoption of advanced technologies by businesses. However, it is making progress on quantum computing and AI and deployed measures to enhance cybersecurity at different levels of government, while improving the digital skills of citizens. 

Poland's roadmap is composed of 55 measures with a budget of EUR 12.4 billion, equivalent to 1.47% of GDP.

84% of citizens consider it important that public authorities mitigate the issue of fake news and disinformation online.
