This initiative aims to strengthen the AI Office capacity to evaluate and monitor compliance with the AI Act, especially in relation to GPAI systems that may present significant risks to public safety, security, and fundamental rights.

Structure of the Tender
The call is divided into 6 lots:
Lots 1 to 5 look into distinct systemic risks:
- CBRN risks (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear)
- Cyber offence risks
- Loss of control risks
- Harmful manipulation risks
- Sociotechnical risks
Each of these lots involves:
- Risk modelling and scenario development
- Adaptation and creation of evaluation tools
- Technical support for evaluations
- Ongoing risk monitoring and analysis
Lot 6 provides cross-cutting support for conducting agentic evaluations, focusing on models' autonomous behaviour in dynamic or open-ended tasks.
