Rūta Gabaliņa is a Research Manager at PPMI, working in the field of policy research and consultancy. She is a member of the management team of the project 'A space for metaverse - virtual world and the transition to Web 4.0'. She is an experienced moderator and speaker, and her research interests are in the areas of next generation internet and virtual worlds, online platform economy, digital skills and business digitalisation. Rūta is also a board member of 'Quo tu domā?', an NGO promoting critical thinking, media literacy and argumentation skills.
