Update: An information session for all interested potential applicants will take place on 30 September 2025 at 11:00 CET on WebEx. No registration is required. All questions and answers discussed during this session will be made publicly available in a Q&A document on the Funding and Tenders Portal.
The call will fund two projects and seeks to engage Europeans between 15-30 and influencers. Discussing risks such as online manipulation techniques, conspiracy theories or malicious uses of generative AI, the projects should aim to develop a youth-inclusive, participatory process. They should also look to foster new collaborations, for example between influencers and information integrity professionals, to reach new audiences. In doing so, the projects will provide information and skills to young Europeans to better recognise and counter manipulative content or techniques, ultimately contributing to a more resilient European digital sphere.
The preparatory action is open to a wide range of applicants, including content creators, producers, media organisations, technology companies, civil society organisations, and social media platforms.
The call is open from 30 September to 2 December 2025. Find further information and apply in the Funding and Tenders Portal.
