The Norwegian Environment Agency invites interested bidders to submit offers for this procurement that aims to develop an automatic monitoring tool to exploit the large potential DNA in fresh water (rivers and lakes). The tool should be able to monitor the spread of harmful alien species and disease organisms as well threatened species to classify the ecological condition in accordance with the water regulations.
