Press statement of the European Board for Digital Services following its 16th meeting

It discussed the role of the Digital Services Act (DSA) in combatting infringements of intellectual property rights in depth. The Board also adopted its Annual Work plan for the next 13 months and its Report pursuant to Article 35(2) DSA on recurring and prominent systemic risks, which was prepared in cooperation with the Commission. Furthermore, it launched a coordinated initiative to tackle online scams and fraud.
