Survey on business users experience with online platforms to sell or advertise goods and services

As part of its ongoing task to ensure continuous monitoring of the online platform economy, the EU Observatory on the Online Platform Economy has launched a survey with businesses from Belgium, Czechia, Netherlands, France, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Romania, Spain and Sweden. The survey gathers businesses views and experiences when using online platforms to sell and/or advertise their products and services.

The main topics covered by the survey are multi-homing, online sales, advertising, and problems encountered when using online platforms, amongst other topics.

If you are or know of a business using online platforms for the above-mentioned purpose, please feel free to complete or share this survey. All answers are confidential and the collected responses will be thoroughly anonymised.

The evidence provided via this survey will feed into the Data Lab  of the EU Observatory on the Online Platform Economy.

This survey will take no longer than 20 minutes.

It will be open until 25 May.
