Open market consultation: pre-commercial procurement - quick response for patients with advanced heart failure

The TIQUE Buyers Group of healthcare providers from Spain, Italy and Sweden have identified a common need for the transformation of health and care services for patients with advanced heart failure and co-existing chronic conditions, frail or at risk of becoming frail. They invite potentially interested bidders to participate in the open market consultation of their upcoming pre-commercial procurement that aims to develop and test integrated care approaches to treatment for those patients. The consultation takes place in the form of online meetings between 7 October and 4 November 2021.

A group of healthcare buyers from Sweden, Norway and Spain invites potentially interested bidders to participate in the open market consultation for their upcoming Carematrix pre-commercial procurement. Objective is to trigger testing and development of new solutions to anticipate and address the needs of people suffering from multimorbititiy, by ensuring timely service access, co-managed care journeys and transitions between specialties and sectors. The open market consultation takes place as a combination of an RFI, questionnaire and webinars between November-December 2021.

International buyers group CRANE prepares new pre-commercial procurement on chronic diseases

Healthcare buyers from Sweden, Spain, Denmark and Norway are joining forces in the CRANE buyers group to implement together a pre-commercial procurement. Aim is to trigger innovation across Europe to improve the comprehensive treatment of chronic diseases in rural areas. The Horizon 2020 funded CRANE project has just started beginning of June.

Survey on European mHealth Hub features and services

The European mHealth Hub has launched an online survey to assess what are the demand-driven services that the Hub could offer to its potential customers. Stakeholders of all types are encouraged to take part in the survey as potential users to help the Hub partners better understand and define the Hub’s future service portfolio. The survey also aims to capture what features of the proposed Hub are most attractive and likely to be most useful to different stakeholder groups, and to discover what in-kind or financial contributions might be acceptable. The survey consists of 13 short questions.

Commission and Germany's Presidency of the Council of the EU underline importance of the European Health Data Space

EU funding available for public procurements of innovative solutions

The EU funding program COSME provides EUR 5 million funding for transnational consortia with minimum 2 public buyers to implement public procurement of innovation solutions (PPI). The call is open to proposals that are interested to deploy innovative solutions for any domain of public sector activity (health, digital, climate, transport, education, energy etc.). The deadline for submission of proposals for the 1st and 2nd stage of the evaluation process is 19/01/2021 and 08/06/2021 respectively.
