The EC awarded the contract to implement the European innovation procurement observatory to PricewaterhouseCoopers EU Services EESV. This new observatory will benchmark for the second time the national national policy frameworks for innovation procurement and the national investments on innovation procurement that were made in the year 2022 across the 27 EU Member States, the UK, Switzerland and Norway.
