Challenges faced by Europe’s submarine cables, the new Handbook on Broadband Investments, secure and resilient submarine cable infrastructure, the White Paper on Europe’s Digital Infrastructure needs, evaluation of the environmental footprint of internet service provisioning in France, public consultations for aid schemes, the Digital Decade Report and the first draft of 5G QOS Methodology.
Registration for these sessions is open to all members of the European Broadband Competence Offices (BCOs) Network. The Season 13 overview agenda is outlined below. Background
These sessions are organised by the BCO Network Support Facility in partnership with the Directorates-General for Communications Networks, Content and Technology (CNECT); Regional and Urban Policy (REGIO); Agriculture and Rural Development (AGRI); and Competition (COMP). The sessions are part of a capacity-building knowledge-exchange programme aiming to connect and strengthen the BCO Network, support broadband roll-out in urban, rural and remote regions, and contribute to achieving the EU’s digital connectivity objectives.
