The European Political Strategy Centre, the European Commission’s in-house think tank, has published a strategic note on cybersecurity. Its conclusions: "Anticipating and planning for the worst should drive the next steps at European level. Robust policies on cybersecurity and the development of European capabilities, underpinned by significant EU funding, should form the basis of a European cyber shield to defend EU institutions, Member States, businesses and citizens."
