Digital Decade 2025: DESI methodological note

In line with the Digital Decade Policy Programme 2030, the Digital Economy and Society Index (DESI) is based on a set of indicators providing a multi-dimensional, detailed picture of the collective annual progress made by the EU towards the 2030 goals.

The DESI 2025 dashboard features more than 30 indicators and includes all the key performance indicators of the Digital Decade.
