NIS Cooperation Group's Technical Guideline: Security Measures for Top-Level-Domain Name Registries

The NIS Directive requires top-level domain name registries to take cybersecurity risk management measures in order to improve their resilience against cyber incidents. This publication supports national cybersecurity authorities in implementing the NIS Directive by providing sector-specific guidance on risk management for top-level domain name registries. The document has been devised by a work stream of the NIS Cooperation Group, which is composed of representatives of the Member States, the Commission and the EU's cybersecurity agency ENISA.
