Roundtable with Civil Society Organisations on the Digital Services Act and Risk Assessments

On 9 June 2023, DG Connect hosted a roundtable with representatives of civil society organisations to discuss their views on the application of the Digital Services Act (DSA), and in particular, the risk management framework which providers of very large online platforms (VLOPs) and very large online search engines (VLOSEs) must apply under the DSA.

19 civil society organisations participated in the roundtable representing a diversity of interests such as fundamental rights, consumer protection, and protection against the dissemination of dangerous products, amongst others.
