
Before you sign any contract you want to be able to read it, understand it and know what to ask for. The same goes for cloud Service Level Agreements which regulate every aspect of cloud service provision. Cloud services customers need the right tools and support to make informed decisions when signing. Similarly, Cloud Service Providers need to be aware of customer expectations and how to reach these through structured and standardised SLAs.
By establishing a Common Reference Model for cloud SLAs, the SLA-Ready project has been able to deliver online tools and services to both cloud service providers and cloud service customers.
