Call for papers for eChallenges 2015

The goals of eChallenges e-2015 are to promote ICT Entrepreneurship and Innovation, facilitate Information Society and Applied ICT related knowledge sharing between government, industry and research stakeholders, raise awareness of the current state of eAdoption in developing countries, stimulate rapid take-up of RTD results by the public and private sectors, and identify opportunities for ICT related research and innovation collaboration under Horizon 2020.

The Call for Papers for eChallenges e-2015 is published with a deadline of 30 April for online submission of paper and workshop submissions.

The thematic areas include:

  • Emerging Technologies & Infrastructures  ICT addressing Societal Challenges 
  • Future Internet  ICT related Entrepreneurship & Innovation 
  • eInfrastructures and Smart Grid including FIWARE applications  eHealth and mHealth 
  • Smart Cities  eGovernment, eParticipation & eDemocracy 
  • Collaborative Open Innovation & Living Labs  ICT4D and Inclusion 
  • Cloud Computing  Digital Libraries and Cultural Heritage 
  • Mobile Applications  Technology Enhanced Learning 
  • Security and Identity Management  Societal Implications of Technology 

eChallenges e-2015 will provide an international forum to foster ICT related entrepreneurship and innovation, share experiences, increase awareness of innovative applied ICT applications and research results, and identify opportunities for research collaboration under Horizon 2020, in the context of the new Work Programme for 2016 - 2017.

Registration will start in July.
