European News Media Forum on Safety of Journalists

The fourth edition of the European News Media Forum will discuss the preliminary findings of the independent external study on Member States’ activities to implement the 2021 Recommendation on ensuring the protection, safety and empowerment of journalists and other media professionals in the European Union. 

The event will showcase several initiatives taken by Member States and give participants the opportunity to exchange views on these.
