The European Commission will present the progress in relation to the 23 recommendations proposed by the citizens’ panel on virtual worlds since we last met and the citizens will have opportunities to ask questions and discuss virtual worlds in general.
There will be focus on the actions on skills development and the toolbox for the general public proposed in the Communication “An EU initiative on Web 4.0 and virtual worlds: a head start in the next technological transition”. Both initiatives respond to recommendations made by the citizens.
