In line with the Digital Decade Policy Programme 2030, the Digital Economy and Society Index (DESI) is based on a set of indicators providing a multi-dimensional, detailed picture of the collective, annual progress made by the EU towards the 2030 goals.
DESI consists of a dashboard of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the progress towards the targets. From a total of 36 indicators, 15 are Digital Decade KPIs.
