The analysis is based among others on existing studies as well as consultation activities, notably in the context of the FUTURIUM community set up for the Digital Decade.
Across six chapters, this document looks at the varying elements of the Digital Decade, including an outlook on the budgets, programmes and key actions taken since 2020, and commitments outlined in the Declaration of European Rights and Principles.
