Study on the economic detriment to SMEs from unfair and unbalanced cloud computing contracts

The European Commission (DG Justice and Consumers) has published a study about SMEs’ usage of cloud computing. The study identifies and analyses the most frequent contract-related problems encountered by SMEs. How important was the economic damage for SME’s arising from those problems in relation to the most contracted cloud computing services?

From a cloud perspective, DG Communications Networks, Content and Technology was involved to support the design of the economic modelling on which the study is based.
