CHIST-ERA is a coordination and co-operation activity of national (and regional) research funding organisations mainly in Europe and is supported by the European Union under the ERA-Net funding scheme of the FP7.</br>The Call 2014 of CHIST-ERA, to be published in October 2014, targets research in 2 topics.
CHIST-ERA's aim is to reinforce the transnational collaboration between the participating states in challenging multidisciplinary research in the area of ICST with the potential to lead to significant breakthroughs.
The Call 2014 of CHIST-ERA targets research in the following topics:

Resilient Trustworthy Cyber-Physical Systems

Human Language Understanding: Grounding Language Learning.
The call will require that projects are submitted by international consortia with partners in at least three of the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Canada (Québec), France, Ireland, Latvia, Poland, Romania, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey and United Kingdom.
