Pilots are important: they are the only way startups can demonstrate some kind of evidence.However, ideally every pilot, one the evaluation over, would lead to a paid implementation. Why is it so hard for successful pilots to scale up within healthcare organizations? This session will explain current pains, move on to showcase good practices and finish with what can be done next. Beware: participants will be asked to come up with their own proposals of solutions.
