Measuring Digital Skills across the EU: EU wide indicators of Digital Competence

This report presents the methodology used for the measurement of digital skills in the Digital Agenda Scoreboard. The work relates to action 62 of the Digital Agenda to propose "EU-wide indicators of digital competence".
