Measuring the impact of PCP - Study SMART 2011-0014 | Utváření digitální budoucnosti Evropy

The focus of this 8 month study that started in April 2014 is to collect evidence that quantifies the impact of PCP (in particular the economic impact on the demand and supply side), compared to traditional procurement approaches, based on experiences from US and Europe.

The study also aims to make recommendations for new actions to be undertaken at EU and national level to encourage wider use of PCP and PPI based on lessons learnt.
