The "Joining Forces for Blockchain standardisation" webinar focused on the following topics:

  • Identity,
  • Interoperability,
  • Governance,
  • Smart Contracts.

A closing panel of distinguished experts from industry and standardisation organisations discussed how to better structure cooperation between the different stakeholders and standardisation bodies in order to maximise synergies and resources, and minimise fragmentation risks.

The Webinar has been opened by Pēteris Zilgalvis, European Commission, DG CONNECT, Head of Unit Digital Innovation & Blockchain and involved speakers from:

  • CEN/CENELEC JTC 19,
