Virtual Human Twins: A Statement of Intent on Development, Evidence, and Adoption in Healthcare Systems

The signatories will work with the European Commission and other parties to advance Virtual Human Twin science, technology, and Virtual Human Twin-based solutions, for the benefit of all stakeholders.

The signatories welcome the initiative by the European Commission announced at the European VHT Initiative High Level Event, adjoint to the Mare Nostrum 5 Supercomputer inauguration on 21st December 2023 in Barcelona Spain, towards the development of an active ecosystem for VHTs in health across Europe.
