Slovakia, 9 October 2025 – Orange Slovakia is expanding its 5G NSA network to reach 88% of the population by the end of 2025, up from the current 83.7%. The expansion comes as competitor O2 Slovakia already covers 93% of the population.

Orange also leads in 5G standalone (SA) deployment, remaining the only Slovak operator to have launched the technology so far. Its 5G SA network currently reaches 44.3% of the population across 83 cities and municipalities, with plans to extend coverage to 52% by the end of the year. For now, the service is primarily aimed at business customers.
