Implementation of the European emergency number 112 – Results of the eleventh data-gathering round

The data for this report on the implementation of the European emergency number 112 (PDF)  was collected in 2017 throughout the European Union. The report at national level was based on Key Performance Indicators such as number of emergency calls, answer time, access for users with disabilities, caller location and awareness levels, in order to determine the state of play of the implementation of emergency communications.
