Implementation of the PSI Directive in Slovenia

Directive 2003/98/EC on the re-use of public sector information as amended by Directive 2013/37/EU ('PSI Directive') is implemented into Slovenian legislation by the following measures:

Decree on communication and re-use of public sector information (2016) Original language version - EN translation
Law on access to Information of Public Character - Public Information Access Act (consolidated version 2006) Original language version; EN translation.
Act of 15 December 2015 amending the Public Information Access Act Original language version - EN translation
