Stakeholder Workshop – preparatory work for AVMSD guidelines

In the morning session, the stakeholders will be invited to present their views on the criterion of essential functionality in the definition of video-sharing platform. In the afternoon, the discussion will focus on the promotion of European works, namely on: a) the calculation of the share of European works in the catalogue of on-demand media service providers and b) the definition of low audience and low turnover.
