Discussions focused on a reflexive and collective thinking about how to improve SRCR actions, and demonstrated the importance of the designing phase. To facilitate this process, the Steering Committee proposed a concrete step by step guide on how to put the Principles into practice. The idea was to ensure that the right questions are asked as from the very beginning of any SRCR endeavour. A first sketch of what could become a “decision support tool” was submitted to the Community’s comments and suggestions.
