Two more cities join the Green Digital Charter initiative

The Cities of Roubaix (France) and Burgas (Bulgaria) have signed the Green Digital Charter initiative in January and February respectively, promoting the use of ICT solutions to reduce cities' emissions and greening the cities' ICT equipment.
