As the PLACE-it project is coming to an end, the team issued a newsletter to conclude its outcomes. Among them are the following:
- PLACE-it created a wearable medical measurement device based on OLED technology. The first OLED based medical measurement device shows
- First time flexible OLEDs were demonstrated in combination with deformable textiles.
- International recognition achieved (Avantex Innovation price) by the new way of automatic embroidery of light emitting elements on large scale substrates.
- Core technology contribution to a commercial product launch.
