The input stakeholders provided will feed into the report on the availability of copyright protected works and on disabilities not covered by the ‘Marrakesh’ Directive that the Commission is required to publish under Article 9 of that Directive.
The Marrakesh Directive refers to Directive (EU) 2017/1564 on certain permitted uses of certain works and other subject matter protected by copyright and related rights for the benefit of persons who are blind, visually impaired or otherwise print-disabled and amending Directive 2001/29/EC on the harmonisation of certain aspects of copyright and related rights in the information society
