Working Groups under the European Board For Digital Services

The European Board for Digital Services has set up 8 Working Groups, each dedicated to a specific aspect of the Digital Services Act (DSA), to support the Board's mission.

The initial scope and workstreams of the 8 working groups, as approved by the Board, are:

Working Group Meetings

The Working Groups meet regularly in accordance with the Terms of Reference adopted by the European Board for Digital services at its 7th meeting on 25 September 2024. The Terms of Reference were amended by the Board at its 18th meeting on 15 April 2026.

The members of the Working Groups are the members of the Board, namely the Digital Services Coordinators who wish to participate in the relevant working group. Each Working Group is chaired by a technical representative from the European Commission and may elect a Digital Services Coordinator to serve as Vice-Chair.
