Decision on the compatibility with EU law of the Lithuanian measures under Article 3(2) AVMSD

On 10 July 2015, the Commission adopted a decision on the compatibility with EU law of the Lithuanian measures as regards RTR Planeta, pursuant to Article 3(2) of the Audiovisual Media Services Directive (2010/13/EU).
