The policy programme establishes digital targets and objectives in the realms of digital skills, digital infrastructure, digitalisation of business and of public services. The 2030 targets and objectives will be pursued through an annual cooperation cycle, which will take stock of progress along priorly defined trajectories and KPIs. The programme also creates a new framework for multi-country projects that will allow Member States to join forces on digital initiatives.
