Third meeting of the expert group on Safer Internet for Children

The third meeting of the expert group on Safer Internet for Children took place on 20 November 2019 in Brussels. The meeting addressed various topics including:

• New information obligation as to harmful content in audiovisual media services as well as the obligation for platforms to establishing and operate systems allowing users of video-sharing platforms to rate harmful content (AVMSD art. 6a and art. 28a);
• The updating of the 'Better Internet for Kids Policy Map'
• Stock taking of the European Strategy for a Better Internet for Children (.pdf) (participatory workshop).
