In the context of a scheduled review of the P2B regulation (Regulation (EU) 2019/1150), the Commission is evaluating the impact that the regulation has had so far. The P2B regulation aims to ensure fair, transparent and predictable treatment of business users by platforms, provide more effective options for dispute resolution and create a predictable and innovation-friendly regulatory environment for platforms within the EU.
The research and policy analysis centre PPMi is currently interviewing stakeholders about the effect that the regulation has had, and their experiences in the almost two years since it started to apply.
If you are a business user relying on online platforms, an online platform or a search engine complying with the Platform-to-Business Regulation, you are strongly encouraged to participate in the interview process.
Participation is completely voluntary and all answers will remain confidential. Moreover, the collected responses will be thoroughly anonymised, and all identifiable information will be removed. You can also share this call further, if you know of a suitable interview partner.
