Direktyvos (ES) 2022/2555 3 straipsnio 4 dalyje daroma nuoroda į tos direktyvos 3 straipsnio 3 dalį, kurioje reikalaujama, kad
valstybės narės ne vėliau kaip 2025 m. balandžio 17 d. sudarytų esminių ir svarbių subjektų, taip pat domenų vardų registravimo paslaugas
teikiančių subjektų sąrašą. Valstybės narės privalo
peržiūrėti ir prireikus atnaujinti tą sąrašą reguliariai, o vėliau – ne rečiau kaip
kas dvejus metus.
