Ustanovení čl. 3 odst. 4 směrnice (EU) 2022/2555 odkazuje na čl. 3 odst. 3 uvedené směrnice, který vyžaduje, aby
členské státy do 17. dubna 2025 sestavily seznam základních a důležitých subjektů, jakož i subjektů
poskytujících služby registrace jmen domén. Členské státy musí tento seznam pravidelně, nejméně však každé dva roky,
přezkoumat a případně
aktualizovat.
