O artigo 3.º, n.º 4, da Diretiva (UE) 2022/2555 remete para o artigo 3.º, n.º 3, da mesma diretiva, que exige que os
Estados-Membros estabeleçam uma lista das entidades essenciais e importantes, bem
como das entidades que prestam serviços de registo de nomes de domínio, até 17 de abril de 2025. Os Estados-Membros devem
rever e, se for caso disso, atualizar essa lista regularmente e,
posteriormente, pelo menos de dois em dois anos.
