In artikel 3, lid 4, van Richtlijn (EU) 2022/2555 wordt verwezen naar artikel 3, lid 3, van die richtlijn
, op grond waarvan de lidstaten uiterlijk op 17 april 2025 een lijst moeten opstellen van essentiële en
belangrijke entiteiten en entiteiten die domeinnaamregistratiediensten verlenen. De lidstaten moeten die lijst regelmatig en
vervolgens ten minste om de twee jaar
herzien en, in voorkomend geval, actualiseren.
