Art. 3 ust. 4 dyrektywy (UE) 2022/2555 odsyła do art. 3 ust. 3 tej dyrektywy, który zobowiązuje
państwa członkowskie do ustanowienia do dnia 17 kwietnia 2025 r. wykazu podmiotów niezbędnych i istotnych, a także podmiotów
świadczących usługi rejestracji nazw domen. Państwa członkowskie muszą dokonywać
przeglądu i, w stosownych przypadkach, aktualizować ten wykaz regularnie,
a następnie co najmniej co dwa lata.
