I artikel 3.4 i direktiv (EU) 2022/2555 hänvisas till artikel 3.3 i det direktivet, enligt vilken
medlemsstaterna senast den 17 april 2025 ska upprätta en förteckning över väsentliga och viktiga entiteter samt
entiteter som tillhandahåller domännamnsregistreringstjänster. Medlemsstaterna ska
se över och vid behov uppdatera förteckningen regelbundet och
därefter minst vartannat år.
