L-Artikolu 3(4) tad-Direttiva (UE) 2022/2555 jirreferi għall-Artikolu 3(3) ta’ dik id-Direttiva, li jirrikjedi li l-Istati Membri jistabbilixxu lista
ta’ entitajiet essenzjali u importanti, kif ukoll entitajiet li jipprovdu servizzi ta’ reġistrazzjoni
tal-ismijiet ta’ dominji, sas-17 ta’ April 2025. L-Istati Membri għandhom
jirrevedu u, fejn xieraq, jaġġornaw dik il-lista regolarment u mill-inqas kull sentejn
minn hemm’ il quddiem.
